Join the Colorado Livestock Association and Colorado Farm Bureau for the “Colorado Farm Labor Roundup,” the next chapter in the employment law changes on January 26, 2023, at 11:00 AM Mountain featuring attorneys Kevin Paul and Cindy Coleman, Range PC.
Last October, Kevin & Cindy presented an introduction to federal and state labor and employment requirements (recording available online here) – many of which are new for folks in agriculture. This month’s Farm Labor Roundup will take a deeper dive into compliance issues, particularly those created by Colorado law and the regulations adopted by the Colorado Department of Labor & Employment. Cindy will, once again, be answering your questions via chat and we’ll have time for Kevin to respond to those that are causing pretty much everyone to lose sleep.

Kevin Paul is an attorney and founder of Range PC, familiar to many CLA members as a resource in dealing with the complicated world of employment law. In light of Colorado’s 2021 Farm Labor Bill – SB 21-087 — Kevin is spending lots of time these days training farmers, ranchers, and other agricultural producers on their compliance obligations, and trying to help folks out when they don’t quite get it right.
Cindy Coleman is an attorney at Range PC, focusing on employment law for employers of all sizes. Cindy and Kevin have worked together on since 2006. Cindy regularly helps agricultural employers sort through new laws and regulations to implement employee policies and compliance programs. She is admitted to practice in Colorado, Wyoming, and Arizona.
