The 2018 CSU AgInnovation Summit will spotlight the vanguard of agricultural research, technology and policy addressing global food safety and biosecurity. The event will bring together diverse perspectives from higher education, industry and government partners to provoke thought and catalyze momentum.
Since its inception in 2015, the CSU AgInnovation Summit has convened diverse perspectives from higher education, industry and government partners to provoke thought and catalyze momentum. The 2018 conversation will explore forces driving and shaping the future of food safety and agricultural biosecurity including innovation in prevention, prediction, mitigation and response.
The event begins with a networking reception on September 20, followed by a full-day program on September 21 featuring prominent keynote speakers and engaging panel discussions.
The AgInnovation Summit is part of Ag Week at CSU, our annual celebration of Colorado agriculture. The week will culminate on September 22 with CSU’s 37th AgDay BBQ, a festive football-day tradition and showcase of Colorado commodities, with proceeds funding student scholarships in the College of Agricultural Sciences.
