Hotel Reservation Deadline: June 30, 2023

Book a room online or call (800) 525-2253 and mention Colorado Livestock Association for the discounted rate. Discounted rates start at $171.00 per night (limited quantity) for a standard hotel room, $187.00 for a Studio and $209.00 for a One Bedroom Suite as available. Rates do not include taxes, fees and parking. The discounted rate will be available July 15 – July 25 for family vacation plans as available.

Taxes, Fees and Cancellation Policy

Rates above do not include sales tax and resort lodging fee (18.45%) plus a $10 parking charge per vehicle per night. Guests will be charged a 25% deposit per reservation within 2 days of booking the reservation. We recommend you provide a credit card for this deposit at time of booking as reservations will be automatically cancelled if deposit is not received by due date. The remaining balance will be charged upon arrival. Full payment will include tax, resort fee, incidentals, plus any additional purchases and parking at $10 per day.

Cancellation Policy: If you have to cancel your reservation for any reason, a cancellation penalty will apply as follows: For cancellations made more than 72 hours of scheduled arrival, the guest will be charged a processing fee of $49 per reservation. For cancellations made within 72 hours of scheduled arrival, the guest will forfeit their 25% deposit charged at the time of the reservation. No shows, early departures and/or late arrivals are non-refundable. Please contact Jane Lundwall at if you have any questions regarding issues or emergencies that come up prior to arrival date.

If you’d like to enjoy the mountain resort before or following the July 19-20 CLA events, the discounted group rate will be offered up to 5 days prior to the event and up to 5 days following the event. Cut off date for room reservations is June 30, 2023. Rooms booked after that will be provided on a space available basis with no guarantee for the group rate.

Check-in is guaranteed by 4pm. Check-out is at 11am. Early check-in is subject to room availability. Guests will be provided a parking pass when they arrive at the hotel and the hotel will contact them when a room becomes available. Guests can store luggage at the front desk before check in Wednesday and are encouraged to check out Thursday morning and store luggage at the front desk before the 8:00 a.m. meeting start.
