Today, March 27, 2020, District Court Judge Brian Morris upheld Magistrate Judge John Johnston’s January 29, 2020 Findings and Recommendations in the RCalf vs. USDA checkoff lawsuit.
The Court’s Order denies RCalf’s motion for summary judgement. RCalf may still appeal the decision to the 9th Circuit Court.
