At the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association Convention in San Antonio Boehringer Ingelheim debuted Cattle First, a documentary featuring the Johnson family from Flying Diamond Ranch in southern Colorado.
The film depicts their experiences on all aspects of ranching, from their philosophy on progressive land management to the health and well-being of their animals. Along the way, viewers meet the family, hear about the ranch’s multi-generational history, and learn about the challenges they face with the public perception of what it means to be a rancher.
